## Warranty Coverage

ELESHOP.MY offers a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If during the warranty period any defect arises, you may seek repair services at any authorized Apple Store. In the event of a repair, please send us the official receipt from the Apple Store, and we will fully reimburse the repair costs.

## Warranty Claim Process

1. **Visit an Authorized Apple Store**: If your product requires repair, please visit any authorized Apple Store or Apple-certified service provider.
2. **Receive an Official Receipt**: Once the repair is completed, ensure you receive an official receipt detailing the service provided and the costs incurred.
3. **Submit the Receipt to ELESHOP.MY**: Email us the official receipt along with your purchase information at inquiry@eleshopmy.com.
4. **Full Reimbursement**: Upon verification, ELESHOP.MY will fully reimburse you for the costs of the repair.

## Warranty Exclusions

Please note that the following conditions are **not** covered under this warranty:

– **Damage caused by accidents or external factors**: This includes but is not limited to damage caused by accidents, abuse, misuse, liquid contact, fire, earthquakes, or other external causes.
– **Normal wear and tear**: Cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or other superficial damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.
– **Unauthorized modifications or repairs**: Any defects or damage caused by modifications, repairs, or service performed by anyone other than an authorized Apple Store or service provider.
– **Consumable parts**: This includes components such as batteries, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
– **Improper use**: Damage resulting from operating the product outside the intended use as described by ELESHOP.MY.

## Additional Terms

– This warranty is valid only for products purchased directly from ELESHOP.MY.
– Warranty claims must be submitted within the warranty period, starting from the date when AppleCare ended.
– ELESHOP.MY reserves the right to deny a warranty claim if it falls under the conditions listed in the exclusions.
