A: Once u have placed an order, the product will be shipped within 5-10 working days, and you can check the Mac on the spot, if there are any issues with the product, we will give you a full refund.

A: This is Hong Kong set. Hong Kong set includes every accessory shown on the Apple website and the same UK charger as Malaysia. I am using Hong Kong Apple products in Malaysia. They are all working perfectly and are much lower priced.
